Ranney Blair Weidmann is the culmination of decades of expertise and dedication in the home remodeling industry. Our journey began distinctly with two paths—Ranney Blair and Weidmann & Associates.

Founded in 2014 by Peter Ranney and Scott Blair, Ranney Blair started by handling small jobs as a typical bid-build contractor. We recognized the need to provide a more integrated, client-focused service, so we transitioned to a design-build approach. This shift allowed us to offer comprehensive solutions, ensuring every aspect of a project perfectly aligns with our client’s visions and lifestyles.

Weidmann Remodeling was established in 1989 and quickly became one of the most trusted and recognized renovation and remodeling firms in the greater Atlanta area. Known for our commitment to client satisfaction, Weidmann won numerous awards for our innovative designs and exceptional service quality.

In 2023, a strategic consolidation took place. Weidmann Remodeling merged with Ranney Blair Remodeling, creating Ranney Blair Weidmann Remodeling. This partnership has strengthened our capabilities and broadened our reach, ensuring we continue serving the Atlanta area with unparalleled design and remodeling services.

Means Carney Interiors is a full service residential interior design firm specializing in new construction and whole home design projects. The firm takes a collaborative approach to the design process and values the relationships built with clients over time. The firm also operates a brick and mortar retail store, Means Carney Home, located in Buckhead. Means Carney Home offers custom upholstery, artwork, lighting, home accessories and gifts.

Seabrook uses Chief Architect Premier Software to create digital floor plans, 3D Renderings, Cabinet Plans and Construction Documents for their clients.
